Turning to our Heavenly Father for Guidance

Hola!! i don't have that much time this week, but we had transfers today and guess who got transferred out of his new area... that's right this guy, right now i am in the state of Campeche. i am going to a puebo called pueblo nuevo and its a really small pueblo with like 4 streets. i cannot wait. i am going to be a senior companion. right now i am in campeche and i am in a Internet place, but the village we are going to, doesn't have cell phone reception, no big shopping stores, and no Internet places, its kind of like Sterling City above paradise and magailia, but the puebo is less scary and a lot hotter. next week ill tell you a lot more of campeche. this week we had the baptism of an investigator we had named Leti, she is such an awesome person and in these past 4 weeks, she has gained a strong testimony of the gospel. this week we also had a zone meeting, and there is a sister named hermana acosta who is from california, and she finished and is going home this week. so if anyone passes her, tell her i said hi. my last supper with hermano romeo y carmen y su familia, they reminded me of my first week, when i knew no Spanish at all, and so when we use to talk to them, i was always in my own little world, playing with ants and stuff like that, so he wanted to make fun of me for that for the last time. jaja. i love that family so much, they are hilarious. this week i learned to rely on the spirit more and follow its promptings, because on morning, we came back from running and the power was out, so there was a lot of stuff we couldn't do, and we had food in the fridge that was going to go bad, and we didn't have that much light to do our stuff. and during my studies and we couldn't run our fans because of the blazing heat, and so i prayed that we would receive the power again soon, and like 30 minutes into my studying, i felt the impression to go downstairs, and at first, i was like, nahh, I'm studying, I'm too busy and downstairs is pretty far from where i am and it takes energy to do that. but the impression came again, so i decided to follow it and i went down stairs, and led me to a switch that we had no clue was there, and so i decided to flip it on, and i went back upstairs and the power was on. i know that we can also turn to our heavenly father to guide us in anything, big or small. we only need to put our trust in him to guide us to where we need to go! i love this gospel with all my heart and the blessings i receive everyday! hope all is well and take care, or ....calantebaex
con mucho amor
